My buddy is making a complete swap of his mechanicals and suspension, brakes etc from a 1986 turbo Shelby Charger into the body of a 1985 Plymouth Turismo carb car. He was wondering if the brake booster, master cylinder and junction box is the same for all cars? Visually they look identical between the turbo car and the carbed car.

The master cylinder is the same as well as the brake booster. I am almost certain that the proportion valve (junction box as you put it) is the same as well. The only time that you would have to change those 2 is when you swap to a All-Wheel-Disc setup. But just swap the brakes out and call it good.
