The Moroso evacuation system , how did it attach to the engine?
It's attached directly on the valve cover where the pcv used to be. Don't forget to add a breather (I simply bought a "screw in" type breather that replaces the oil fill cap.

How long did it take to make the exhaust? I have access to a mig welder- would you do it again v/s buying it? fairly easy? co$t?
I did it in 3 hours with a couple beers . Just be careful when taking the old exhaust pipes off the car. Then, you just copy those pipes using the Hedman bends (also buy 4 feet of straight pipe at a local muffler shop). Do some little spot welds and try it on the car to see if it fits before doing full welds. I would do it again for sure. The entire exhaust (including muffler) cost me around 250$ (CDN)

Ported exhaust manifold- how much time? fairly straight foward? easy access into the "log"?

Well I'm not an expert in porting jobs. I did the best I think I could do using my die grinder. Took about 2 hours (beer again )
