I have an 1996 Avenger that I dont really have a use for. I was wondering if there are ANY parts from this car that you guys think might fit and improve my 89 Daytona. Brakes, spindels, LCA, springs...anything? And while we are on this subject what about the radiator? A/C? Wheels? Anything else? BTW its a 2.5 V6 motor.

I've thought about putting the rear end of an Eclipse(same as your Avenger) on a J-Body LeBaron. Hasn't gone any further than that, but I think it would be a cool project(to watch ).

Does a '96 have the double a-arm front suspension? I've always thought that would be an awesome swap.

Yes it does. The Avenger is essentially a second generation (95-99) Eclipse, and as such it has very little in common with the K-based cars. The 2.0s are a potential motor swap source, but since the 2.4 is better.....
I don't think there are any parts outside of the basic engine-tranny that cross over. Maybe the door speakers might fit into a Daytona, but that's about it.
Avenger is online now
