I just stepped outside to double check and deffinately clockwise (righty-tighty)... you sure your watch is spinning in the right direction?
And mine are installed and up in the air right now... well the fronts are; but the backs work exactly the same.

edit: whoa... that's weird... this should be the 4th post in this thread

you do need to compress the shock all the way, then rotate it while maintaining pressure on it, as you rotate it you should feel it drop down about 1/4". once it drops down you have engaged the adjuster, and you can rotate it right or left to adjust the firmness, just make sure that once you are in the aduster that you keep constant donward pressure on it or it may disengage.

I was just wondering how you adjust these things. The directions they give you suck since they are just pictures and arent even the same type of shock.

All i can see if a little arrow that shows turn clockwise for + and turn counterclockwise for -. That does me no good since i have no idea where they are set at and i think i have turned them a couple of time already not knowing exactly how to adjust them. And i want to be sure that both sides are the same.

The adjustment doesnt bottom out or anything. The shock will just spin forever.

Can someone help me out PLEASE!!!!

First turn them both all the way clockwise till you reach a stop.
This will set them full soft.
Then to firm them up, turn them counter-clockwise.
One full rotation is full firm. They say not to go any further than this.

Now you say to turn them all the way clockwise until i hit a stop??? Because i turned them probably at least 20 turns and never hit a stop.

I dont have to compress the shock then turn it or pull up on the shock then turn it do i?? Because in the picture directions they show you having to pull up then turn.....

I mean ill try turning them some more but i dont think there is a stop anywhere in sight....
