I have a 91 Shadow ES conv. Being a 91 ES, it already had the cast control arms and the bigger front sway bar. I replaced the front shocks with Sens-a-tracs, replaced the rear axle with a solid one from a Spirit R/T, and put on a set of springs from an 87 CSX. The rear shocks are original. OMG the car handles nice. Can't really notice the lowering to look at the car, but I guess it sits 1/2 to 1 inch lower. Rides as nice as a totally stock car, but takes off ramps at 25 over the posted speed without oversteering or understeering and doesn't squeel the cheap used tires that I put on it. The solid axle and CSX springs are the ticket if ya can find em. The sens-a-tracs work good with the CSX springs.
