do they work well together, the kyb struts/ shocks and ST springs?

also, does anyone remember how much the drop on those springs are, and can anyone comment on how they handle or if they sagged after a while?

thanks

so far ive gathered that suspension techniques are softer than the eibachs, and that the eibachs are too stiff for the kyb gr-2s, so by extension are the gr-2s suitable for the suspension techniques? also, does anyone know if the suspension techniques springs drop more than the eibachs? are gabriel VST's any good?

I think the reason behind the silence is because MP/KYB or Eibach/Koni are the predomiant suspension setup people use.

I know of one person that uses the Suspension/KYBs but I don't know what he thinks of it.

MP springs seems to be no longer available, for 86 and up G bodys. Called a bunch of dealers and they are no longer a servicable item or whatever they call it. Apparently there are none to be found in North America according to their computer systems.

Would that one person be me

Compared too the stock Shelby Z setup in my old t-top tona, OMG it was like a whole new car, i'd turn the car and it would turn not bloup around for half a second but turn, and it felt good in the corners I'll let ya know how she feels in the Turbo Z, but Definatly a good "Budget" setup they are still streetable but definatly solid, I got at least a 2inch drop outta mine, I went from a whole fist of fender gap too just a little more than a pinky

****, that is awesome, one of the reasons i considered the suspension techniques is because i think they drop more than the eibachs and if it cut the eibachs theyd be even stiffer. it looks like im gonna go with a 225/45r17 instead of a 245 so thats a little more drop id need for it to look right anyway. thanks a bunch for the info and let me know when you get it in the turbo Z.

www.shox.com if they still carry them there... if not look for shadow lowering springs cause the ST ones usually come up for that

ST and Eibach, there is no diff as the company's seemed to have emerged a while ago. Do a Suspension Techniques search on the net and your likely to get the Eibach site. I have known this for a while. However, this is jus what i suspect when i did the search i think a yr or so ago. Try it yourself. ....

the ST rates are lower than the eibachs, but are way stiffer in the rear than stock which is exactly what our FWD cars need, stock they are only 135 on the SHELBY spec suspension whereas the STs are 247
