So I was looking around on eBay.. I see I can get slotted/crossdrilled rotors for my van.. That's awesome.. Then I noticed I can get Kevlar brake pads too. Are those any good? What are the downsides? The price seems more than reasonable.
Currently, the brakes in my van are VERY VERY good, but I have over 50k miles on the current pads, they're getting a bit thin. I figure now is a good time to start looking into their replacement. (I have the big brake setup on this van, 5x114)

which brand are they? EBC makes great performance pads. Kevlar will last a very long time under normal use and they wont eat up rotors as fast either. id look into EBC though.
