Just curious for when i go to the track should i lock the trailing arm with a bar , One more thing what kind of bar should i use

very, ive seen a few videos of cars who were doing fine and 'mysteriously' spun suddenly because they had too little play in their rear suspensions, ie air shocks too stiff or struts too stiff or whatever. no rear suspension movement is kinda a deathwish unless you are driving on glass.
