Van sway bar sizes

My 89' Minivan has a 1 1/16th sway bar. Does anyone know if I can get a larger bar out of a grand caravan, or something like that? What year vans should I be looking at?

There all the same. Oh some Larger bars are even hollow. Oh also check your bar to see if it still intack mine broke inside the frame bushing and I counn't tell only driving it with it and getting sea sick!!
