How do I get that sucker outta the spindle? I got the nut off but she just won't come loose, I've tried the hammer anyone else go any suggestions?

thre's a tool that looks like a tuning fork but with tapered ends. took me a day (and a new outer tie rod end) to figure out that was the tool to use

Hit the spindle with the hammer not the tie rod. Hit it right on the side of where the stud goes through, it will shock the metal and will pop right apart I do it all the time.

I've used a flywheel puller before. Hard to set up but a snap once you get the peices in the right shape...

a correct way is using the fork, hitting it with a hammer can cause hairline cracks in the spindle, which can lead to failure hopefully not while driving on a highway just be carefull and inspect parts before assembly

the Big fuggin hammer worked with one lil swing on the passenger side... the driver's side well it's still soaking in Liquid wrench... next time in the states I'ma get me some Sea Foam or PB Blaster
