Koni Shocks on my van: Install Question

I just installed the rear suspension on the van (Koni shocks). I noticed some odd things:

1.) The box is labelled "Adjustable shocks". I know how to adjust the STRUTS, but how in the heck do you adjust shocks (i.e. I don't see a knob to turn, however I did see some paper in the box talking about turning the assembly via bench vice, but that seemed more like struts in the pictures)?

2.) The top mounting hole of the Koni shock has a rubber bushing installed, however the bottom mounting hole is just bare metal? Is there a bushing I need to buy when installing these?

Before anyone freaks out (assuming the bushing is needed), the van is on 4 jack stands, so no real safety/time crunch issues for the moment (hence the reason I am asking this).

Thanks as always guys.

I hate to say this, but please do NOT post information if you have no idea what you are referring to. I've been told wrong information several times on this board by people that were flat out wrong. I appreciate help, but please verify/be sure of what you are saying.

With that being said, here is what I learned:

1.) The shocks are supposed to have bushings installed from the factory. I verified this by speaking with tech support at Koni NA. So at this point I am chatting with FWDPerformance to figure out what happened. Mystery solved. I finally broke down and called Koni after searching for a day for Caravan shock bushings. Couldn't find them (at least via my hours of Googling).

2.) To adjust Koni SHOCKS, read this link: http://www.koni-na.com/adjustment.html (at least for the 30 series).
