treaded rods and nuts (not the ones you eat) Remove shock and drill hole in body to run the rod though and boilt in place. It is stiff as a board and you can adjust for better starts

A solid suspension is very very dangerous.

I use Ground Control Coil overs in the rear of my Horizon. NO squat anymore with a pair of 450LB springs and adjustable ride height.
