Ok I found out they are 42mm offset. Will these rub with 225's on a 89 caravan?

Any stock 16" Chevy Beretta rim is a 16x7 rim. 42mm offset with a 5x100mm pattern.

A 225 is a nice fit on those rims, thats what was on my old GTU.

I've got a set of those rims on my Duster. Mine are currently wearing 205/55/16s. They do rub the frame rail at full lock turn, but just barely. On a van you should be perfectly fine.
