Has anybody ever used coilover kits like the ones on e-bay, like the ones used on 95-99 neons? I would like to try that set up on my GLH-T OMNI. The ones on e-bay for the neon are very low prices, I've seen them in the price range from $18.00-$65.00. What is the best brand to go with?

There are several kits that can fit our cars: Neon, Tercel, Focus and of caurce VW kits can all fit our cars with little mods. I just bought a Ford Focus coil kit to try. There all the same if you're talking bout the $10 to $50 range kits. If you get something for about $150 it would probably be better quality. Otherwise they all use the same spring rates, 450 front 350 back. Good luck and be ready to experiment cause that's all it is. If you wanna get a good kit go to FWD Performance and buy the Koni and Eibach kit for like $500.
