Those calipers aren't cheap, as we all know.

Now, if this can help anyone, there's a caliper kit available to fix those calipers. I only needed a dust boot on one of the rear calipers for my 88 Daytona. There's a section in the FSM which shows how to replace the boot. Called at the dealer to order the boot; part is now discontinued. I ordered Raybestos WK1531. This kit includes;

- one dust boot
- one piston seal
- one lock ring for the boot

Every place I called before said that all they could have was a complete caliper. I found that part number on Raybestos's website. I then called back at an autoparts store which is selling Raybestos parts, and asked them to order part #WK1531 for me (the guy told me that this part number isn't in his catalog... He had to call and order it) Two weeks later (yesterday), i received the kit, which costs $15 (CDN) Much better than the $125 they wanted for a caliper.

I installed the boot and lock ring today, perfect
