I've got KYB's on the front & back of my Daytona. Love 'em!

Not much out there between the Konis and KYBs. I think the KYBs would do fine with the stock springs. I have GR2 struts on my Shelby Lancer which has Eibach springs and it is bouncy in front. The GR2s cannot handle the higher spring rate very well. I have KYB Gas-A-Just on the rear and it seems very firm and not bouncy over speed bumps at all.

I can't swear to it, but I thought I remembered Bilstien making struts for us? I know they make the rear shocks...

I used KYB gas-a-just on the rear of my car with eibach's and it made the rear end too soft, now I use the MP 3 way adjustable rear shocks they used to sell that were made by Carrera and they're good.
