I was wondering if anyone knows where I can find the weight distribution for my 86 Omni GLH-t? Is it 60/40? I know how much it weighs just want to know where it is.

it will vary between a ac car and a non, sunroof or not, there are many factors that weigh in including your own weight in the driver seat.
you need to find a suspension/alignment shop that has individual tire scales and will let you sit in the driver seat while they do it. then you can start moving, shimming, and adjusting stuff. of course you might want to go back after that and see how it weighs in afterwards.

Easiest way I know of weighing a car is to go to a truck scale after hours. Just pull in and look on the screen to see what the weight is. For the distribution front/rear, just pull the front 2 tires onto the scale and read it. Then put just the rear 2 on and read it. That way you know what YOUR car weighs and not just an average of other peoples.

if you want an accurate answer you have to weigh it with the individual wheel scales, there isnt any magic answer your going to get.

there is no way anybody can know, because of all the different factors that i stated above including driver weight.

i havent had mine on scales yet, that is going to happen untill after i redo all the suspension so i can shift some of the weight there.

Ok OK I understand

I was just wondering if anyone had a rough idea of the distribution. Which I'm really suprised no one knows. Seems like it might be important.

Of an Omni I'll say about 85/15, lol. Really I can lift the rear of my '89 horizon myself so it can't weigh very much. The front is a different story. I know the hole car with my 180lbs is 2520. puTTs.
