if you are gonna bother to upgrade the rear brakes - go w/ solid rotor disc brakes. you get no more than 10% increase in braking power and thats from swithing from drum to disc on the rear, so a drum brake increase really isnt worth the effort at all. disc brake pads are as easy to swap on the back as the front on all 1989+ cars because the e-brake is seperate from the caliper.
but if you want a set of rear 220mm rear drums, i got the setup on my 89 spirit es. im going to solid rotor on the back, so the old drum setup is worthless to me! you could have the entire setup for $20 + s/h. i'm located in maine, where you at?
