wheel and tire packages

has anyone ordered a wheel and tire package online from any of those wharehouses in tuner mags. i am looking at the combos and it almost sounds to good to be true. any feed back would help thanks.

i am also looking at putting 17 wheels on my 88 daytona z, tires 205/40/17. will they fit?
