what is serial buss

what are the serial buss + and - in my 90 daytona. are they just power and ground or what.

the serial buss wires are the 2 wires that the different modules in the car , ie. body computer and engine computer communicate with one another on

the computers themselves send different messages to one another by "pulsing" the postive rapidly
