hi there i am wondering what wire to connect the gauge's input to on the o2 sensor wiring harness. My manual says the black one however when connected to this one the gauge does not appear to work properly. The gauge lights up the first 8 or so leds with the last couple flickering and when i step on the gas only one or two more leds light up. I was under the impression that it was only supposed to light up a couple of leds and that they are supposed to go back and forth as the mixture changes. the gauge i have is an autometer i think pn 3375.

You may have to check a wiring diagram, but it seems to me that the O2 sensors have more than one black wire? You will have to check. I wired mine directly to my computer according to the pinout diagram. Also make sure that you have a good ground to the battery (not a chassis ground).
