The Logic Module is basically the "brain" of the system. It is what all the sensors connect to, and it controls the fuel injector pulsewidth, etc. The Power Module under the hood is controlled by the logic module. For example, when you turn on an electrical device, the LM senses a drop in voltage, and then it tells the PM to increase the charge rate. At least this is the way things work on an '87 and earlier car. On the later cars, the interior computer is a Body Control Module for controlling lights, chimes, etc. I'm not the most knowledgabe on the '88 and up stuff, so I'll leave that to someone else, hope this helps!
