1. Can I splice the wires for my old stock fan with the new fan and not have to worry about anything?

2. Which wire should I use for the positive and negatives wires for any addtional electrical needs like an electric water pump? I would like to have a switch be the one control when this opperates not the key? Can I run this off the battery with a fuse inline? thanks, chris

1. Yes, I did this with my Derale fan. If it is a crazy big fan, you might want to use something heavier than the stock wiring.
2. Not sure here, would be different from car to car.
