89 Dodge Daytona 2.5L turbo computer

I have a 1989 dodge daytona 2.5L turbo with a 5spd transmission that needs a computer. I want to know if a computer from a 2.5 turbo automatic will work in my 5spd since I can only find an automatic one around where I live.

I was in the same position..I was told that the only difference is the speed limiter...I THINK...i am not sure...the limiter is set at 113 for the auto....iots higher for the manual.

You can use the 2.5/auto computer in your car just fine, though the rpm may act a little different when you hit the clutch, not 100% sure on that one though. I do know though that the 2.5/auto computers limited torq output to 180ft-lbs where the 5sp computers provided 210ft-lbs.
