I have both computers from an 87 shelby lancer can I use them in my 88 DLS with a intercooled TI converted with an automatci tranny

No. 88's have a SMEC.. Single Module Engine Controller.. Not two modules like the 87 had.. Completely different wiring.. Socket your smec, get an eprom programmer, and burn the T2 chip for yourself.
