I hollowed out these reflectors and siliconed in a rear plug and lamp housing-cut thru the body and rear GFX(so it would mount flush)-wired it to the tail lamps and viola rear side marker lamps that do more than relect!Seen 1000 Daytonas and I may have the only "working ones"

thats cool that older ones had them too , i want lights back there so i could put strobes in them , as well as the parking light . took me alot of looking around before i found an omni in the junkyard and was like those look like my reflectors so i bought them and when i got home sure enough they were exactly what i needed
just used a piece of cardboard to make a template and drill holes and cut the center hole and in they went
youd never know that my daytona didnt come with them from the factory

ill have to snap a few pics and put on here

Ok you got to admit it was a good way to see if anyone else had done it.I think with the taillights wrapping around the way they do they figured they didn't need to light the rear markers when they built these!
