You can get these things at an electronics store (not best buy or circuit city) that is a heavy gauge wire with an inline fuse holder. Just stick the fuse in there and wire that up the way its supposed to go. There is a write up about it on minimopars site... not sure of the link though

I think you can grab a maxi fuse box from a newer chrysler

I dont know what you will do about the larger fuses though. the 160amp (12gauge) requires 2 parallel 80 amp fuses, dont know where you get an 80 maxi

I used the fuses off mazda. You can find them on 626, 323, protege, 929 and RX7 in junkyard. The boxes that holds them are extremely compact as well. They have 80 amp fuses for those. I use two fuse box for that parallel requirement.

They work great in my GLH.

I've been working on doing just what you've described. I graphted a '92 LeBaron PDC in to my '89 LeBaron harness getting rid of the stupid fusible links and tidying up that corner a LOT! See this thread, it'll at least show you how to get started. BTW, you don't HAVE to do the mods I did to make it work, I'm doing some "other" things with my car, so I feel that I needed the mods I did...
