I am swaping my TI over to TII status and was wonder if it made any difference that I had an automatic tranny as oppsed to a 5-speed of a TII? Does the ECM have anything to do with the tranny?

Thanks!

I am using a 1987 LM for a TI modified to TII and Mopar performance specs, It generally works pretty well, except sudden throttle blips at idle in gear can cause it to stall (no delay on idle speed resume). Runs quite well actually, ask a few ricers and a couple of Mustang GT owners.

Has nothing to do with the tranny. It could idle a bit funny but also might not. Are you going 2.5 to 2.2 or?

I gotta 5-spd computer in my auto car, I noticed absolutely no difference in idle quality, some say they do though.
