The colder the engine the more fuel it will use.
Do not trust the gauge,backprobe the CTS connector and read the voltage. Also a thermostat that is stuck open will set a code 17.

Ok, i tested the cts voltage and the engine seems to warm up ok, i guess the gauge is just a bit off.
Has anyone got the resistance spec for tps? I got about 0 - 4.7kOhm between the center pin and the side pin.
