Would you be able to link me to a vender online? The cheapest 211hv that I've found is about $130 and the 530t is $100. That's $230 so far and no alarm or remote start yet. The window module I would like, even for the $100.
I've had my eye on this alarm:

I'd still need the relays for the locks though, but that's nothing hard to make.
I'm not an alarm expert yet, so I'm going to research a little more. Or I was thinking of just putting together all the components:
$80 for remote start and alarm
Commando RS-560 Car Alarm, Remote Starter, Keyless Entry Combo Unit.
$25 for window module to roll up windows on arm
Universal 2 Door Power Winodw Control Module
$7 for lock relays (which I can just make myself in 30 min)
Door Lock Relay Module for 5 Wire Reverse Polarity Door Locks
Would you be able to advise me a little more on this? You seem to know way more than me. I don't need (or even want) the roll down feature of the 530t, I could just save $75 by getting the commando window module just so that I could get out of my car quick and not have to sit and close the windows myself. Am I right?
