I have seen a few posts about the Throttle Position Sensor problems ending up being connector related. Mine throws a code every now and then. All wiring seems to be OK back to the LM. Brand new TPS purchased and installed. If I wiggle the wires by the connector, or try and push the connector on harder, it seems to go away for a while. Are there any resources to purchase an new connector and pins, or do I just snip one off a boneyard car and risk the same problem all over again? Any help appreciated.

Carefully release the lock holding the Terminal and Wire in the Connector and remove(one at a time)Check to be sure the Terminal is not Cracked, Burnt or Damaged,you may want to use an Ohmmeter from Terminal End to about 6" down the Wire and Wiggle to see if you Lose Continuity.If OK use an Electrical Contact Cleaner and Small Object(like a Paper Clip) to clean all Corrosion and Oxidation from the inside of the Terminal,then with a pair of Needle Nose Pliers slighty close the Terminal End and Reinstall.
If you need a New Pigtail and do not want used ;
Mopar does make Wiring Pigtails,I do not know how far back these go or if the Newer TPS Connectors are the same,You will have to Check with your Local Dealership.
We use AC Delco for Connectors that Chrysler does not make,go to a GM Dealership and ask to see the AC Delco Connector Catalog,look thru the Illustrations for one that looks like yours.
Check your Local Parts Supplier,"Help" makes a lot of Pigtails or they may have another Brand of Pigtail. I have seen them in this area in "Pep Boys".
Hope This Helps.
