12 new buttons but?

replaced all 12 buttons on my navigator now there is no display and the murata button is ringing anybody have a clue!! I hope the navigator tech reads this not sure who he is maybe he can help ( )

where did you get the replacement buttons?

check to see if the ribbon wires connecting the 2 boards together is still intact. they can break, if you're not careful!
