P body engine harness swapping??

hey guys im looking to switch over the CSX to SMEC....

what year(s) harnesses will bolt right in just like factory so I dont have to swap wires or bulkheads??

looking to go for 89 SMEC or possibly newer?? I need to know my options!

an 88 is the way to go if you want it quick and easy... The dash harness is the main reason. I say that cause things plug into the column a 89 may have the same plugs but ive never looked closely to remember.

BUMP

will 88 or 89 engine bay harness plug and play into the firewall bulkhead connector? or do I need to do a full wiring swap??

PM Friday as a reminder for me to pull the dash out of the 87 and 88 to check how compatiable the two are. if im not mistaken the 88 should be a plug and play. 89 im iffy on cause the column change. 90+ id expect to do alot of wire swapping threw out the whole CSX.

ok thank you very much!! I will PM greatly appreciated! my CSX harness is already pretty crispy, so I figured I might as well swap it out with something newer
