You can make anything work if you work hard enough at it. I may not be the best to answer this but for the ones who might be able to answer this they might be better able to answer this if they know the year of the donor harness.

I was told that the bulkhead connectors vary across vehicle body platforms but I have a thread up trying to verify this right now.

what year p body ?
you will have to add the flip up head light motor circut no matter what year p body.

you may be better off (depending on your wiring ability ) to find a g body harness.

It would be easier to modify your existing harness if your car is a TBI car. The 86 up TBI cars have a 4 wire AIS and a charge temperature sensor. You need to add a few wires and change the logic module plugs to use the 87 Daytona T1 or T2 setup. If you want to use the 88 up blow through T1 system you will need to do major rewiring. P bodies do not use any kind of bulkhead connector, they use several multi-pin connectors inside. Later J, H, and G bodies used an "inverted" connector inside the car. I have some of the information on my website and after Christmas is behind us I can put the Excel spreadsheet I made with a comparison of the pinouts for TBI vs Turbo logic module plugs. If you use the early T1 log system, you only use 2 of the AIS wires. Sounds like a fun project, and a little less challenging than converting a 2.6L K car to T2.
