Most guys are not into them here,i have avcr and replacing it with the aem this winter.
The aem is nice unit for sure, simple and it does everything i wanted, not like the avcr thats like a programing computer by its self.

How come people arent into the ebc's? They are more accurate and can be changed in car. Is the TD crowd really that cheap?

prolly because they really do the same thing as a 10-15$ MBC, but add convenience and flash ...

I think most TD'ers are a 'set & forget' type, and use our right foot to get the boost we want !

True. I think I might look into one so that I can get all the bells and wistles, as you old folks say. Are there any other TD'ers that run these?

AEM true boost is popular with the really fast (9 seconds) hondas because they can run boost per gear. Means they can set up the car to put down the max power possible based on the traction available in each gear and get better E.T.'s

Doing that requires fancy engine management though.

I like my Turbonetics in cabin MBC. It works great and very easy to use with whatever boost level I want.
