start in the fuse box. The power seat should be one of the circuit breakers. The amp relay uses a fuse in the box to. The door lock circuit is over complicated. They could have done it much easier. I have has tons of issues with my 94 lebaron and 92 daytona door locks. The switches and wire connections at the switches are constant problems. Right now my 92 will only unlock from the passenger door. Won't lock from either. Pull the switches out and try them while moving the wiring around. Do it one at a time.

Use a test light to check the fuse to be sure power is going in and out. Don't just pull them out and look.

The fog lights if all the fuses in the box check out to right to the light and check for power and a ground. If the power is gone go to the relay that is clicking. I posted a picture of the relay box from a 92 it shows location and terminals and should be very close if not exactly right for your car. I'll look for the thread.

found it post 50 odometer not working on 90 gtc
While looking for this I found the thread with you for the amp problem. Was this the first problem? Then the others started? Does your car use a fuse panel under the hood or fuse links? I don't have a 90 book but would interested to see if all these items worked off the same under hood fuse or link.

The fog lamps, seats and door locks are powered thru seperate fuses but all of these fuses recieve thier power from fuseable links off of the battery.
Fog Lamps Fuse #9 15 Amp
Power Door Locks ;
Switch Fuse #26 15 Amp
BCM Fuse #4 20 Amp
Power Seats 30 Amp Circuit Breaker in Cavity #3 of Fuse Block.
