91 Spirit R/T, Headlights don't work

just as described. No power goign to the fuses. No regular or brights. No Foglights. Is there a relay for headlights? all the other lights work, though one of the fog lights is missing.

possibly unrelated also, the stock radio displays the time, but when you try to turn it on, the display goes dead, and no sweet sweet music. turn it off and the time comes back.

The radio has 2 power feeds, 1 is a keep alive memory for the clock and presets, the other is radio power.
What size engine so I can get the proper wiring.

check the grounds in the engine bay for the lights
