12 button Nav into 92 Daytona?

Have a 92 Daytona with the 3.0L. Can I put an 80's 12 button Nav into it? I do have several laying around to be used. I think the later daytonas like this are not prewired for the Nav like the 80's Daytonas? If not, can I wire one in? Adding the wiring is no big deal to me, just would need to add the wire going from the Nav to the SBEC. But my question is, does the SBEC talk the same language as the older Nav? As in if I wire it up perfectly anyone know whether it'll actually work? Will the SBEC be able to 'talk' to the Nav correctly?

Pretty sure it'll work; I think the SBEC's use the same voltage as the logic modules & SMEC's. You have several navigators, eh? Wanna sell one?

Well unless anyone else chimes in, I'll start by trying to dig up the appropriate wiring diagrams and giving it a try.
