Tach sticking - amp guage not working

Any idea's how to fix the Daytona tach from sticking? It tries to move but isn't keeping up with the rpms. The amp guage isn't working either, but the alternator is charging, any ideas what's wrong? Thanks

First step would be to reflow all the solder joints on the circuit board.
