problem with lights/gauges

When i turn my parking/head lights on my gauges go crazy,temp/oil pressure goes all the way up volts goes all the way down brake lights turn on. someone please tell me what in the world is going on

Sounds like a ground problem but cover all bases.
Check All fuses, a blown fuse may create a stray voltage searching for ground problem.
Once all fuses have been checked check the following ground circuits.
Cluster Ground,Term 9 BK wire,(not sure of ground location on body)
Headlamp Switch Ground, BK/YL wire.
Rear Body Ground on Lower Liftgate Opening Panel Support.
Front Body Grounds on L and R Fender Shields.
