what is this relay?

What is the relay for that sits between the coil and the vac solenoids on an 85 t1 Omni(pass side fender wall). Mine is clicking in sync to the wild rev swings at idle. I'm hoping it's just that, cuz I've replaced a lot of stuff trying to fix this drivability problem. Thanks ahead...
