headlight emergency pop up

Where the thing to make the headlights pop up manually...My car doesn't have a battery at the moment and I have to change some things on the headlights but ...never having to do it before so I dont know where it is.

the black rubber strip between the nose and the upper rad support has 2 flaps in it that flip up. Flip them up, maybe remove the rubber caps if you still have them and turn the nobs. takes a while and your hands get sore sometimes but they'll come up if you turn the nobs clockwise.
