From time to time my voltage gauge and my temp gauge will stop working for a while, and when they stop working they both stop at the same time. and then after driving for a while most of the time they will regain working, sometimes itll take a couple days, any ideas what this could be? could it be my gauge cluster going bad? because sometimes my speedometer wont work either, my tach is intermitent all the time.. any ideas...

try removing the cluster and reflowing the solder joints. The dashes sometimes have issues with this.

Here are some links the headlight module has joints that need reflowed so it is a good guide. Also included is a you tube link to soldering a new joint. On your reflow you will basicly just reheat the solder already there most joints will not need solder added as long as you keep the tip tinned (tinned see video) just don't get so much solder on the tip that there looks like a drop hanging on the bottom of the iron. Aslo be carefull not to get so much solder on the joint that it touches another pin on the board.

^i have this same issue with my omni. but for me its the temp gauge, fuel gauge and tach. ive had the dash apart 100 times, resolderd EVERYTHING i can find/think of, but i still get dead gauges once in awile. the tach will just stop working, usualy allong with the fuel gauge, and then just come back to life when they feel like it. my temp gauge has been dead awile and i have only seen it start to come alive once in about a month at a stop light, then as soon as the light turned green and i started to go, it died again on me. when i pull the dash apart to look at things and put it back together, usualy things start working again for awile, but then its the same story about a week later.
?????
any ideas on that one? its gotta be somthing more than just resoldering stuf behind the dash. oh, and my temp sensor is new FYI, if that helps
