Hi, I'd just thought I show my aftermarket fan setup for people who are interested in upgrading from the old 2 bladed fan that came in non-turbo dodges or need to repair a broken fan since that seems to be a common problem on a lot of older Chry. Co vehicles. With this setup you can basically use any aftermarket radiator fan as you please without worrying about overloading the stock fan circuit. I used a Derale thermostat/relay/proble kit from Ebay, I only payed $25.00. The fan I currently have works extremely well, as soon as it kicks on the needle jumps to the cool mark.

Features:
- Push in probe thermostat
- Activates turn on at 180'F and shuts off at 170'F.
- Will work on any 12 volt fan.
- Relay is 30/40 amp, heavy duty for fans that draw over 10 amps.
- Maximum capacity is 25 amps.
- A/C override circuit included.
- Designed for single and dual fan setups.
- I used an Aisin fan a friend gave me from most likely from a Japanese car.

30/40A relay and 25A fuse

Aisin fan (mounted using a bolt and zipties)

Lol thanks, Aisin is the namebrand, I've seen a lot of them on imports.

I like the way you have the wires routed-- no drooping nonsense in that no-man's land between the engine and the rad. I hate that on mine; where'd you get the yellow wire wrapper? ( Did they have white? )

I'm sure the fan is a good one, but it looks to me like alot of the credit for that should be shared by the radiator. That radiator ain't no OE equipment, or else I got gypped!

I got the yellow wrapper from Autozone, and if you look closely at the last picture I have a little white loom at the end going towards the positive battery terminal. I'm not sure if they carry white loom since that came from my old desktop computer with a see through window to help tidy up the wires. I do remember it coming in blue, black, red, yellow, wouldn't hurt to check though. And yeah I replaced the radiator recently as well since the old one was leaking due to the crimps coming apart. That in itself probably helps as well.
