92 n/a to a 91 2.5T1 engine swap questions??

ok so today i found a 91 daytona 2.5 T1 with an A568 in it!! rare?? now im pretty sure it is a SBEC(1) computer and in the 92+ is the SBEC(2) i think !!?? now my question is can i just drop the 91 engine and harness and computer in without having to rewire the whole car?? and how far into the car will i have to swap the harness?? BTW this will be going in a 92 daytona auto!!

Hi, I'm doing the same thing as you are, I'm starting from a 2.2L TBI---> 2.5L Turbo I. This sticky right here should help answer all of your questions. ---> Converting a TBI to a Turbo You shouldn't have to mess with the interior wiring (dash etc.) if that's what you're worried about. Oh yeah btw beautiful Daytona you have, I like the unkitted 1992+ base models.

the 91 engine computer may not be compatable with your 92 body computer. anyone else have any input on that aspect of it?
