I have an 87 daytona shelby z turbo II car. Want to install the 3 bar map sensor to go with my stage IV logic module from FWD perf. The haynes manual says 85-86 models had the map sensor piggyback right on the logic module. Had a quick peak under the kick panel and didn't see it on the module. The manual didn't mention where the sensor was on the 87 models. Bear with me, I just had a quick peak so if it is right beside the module I didn't have a real good look. If anyone knows the answer to the $64,000 question I would be very appreciative as I do not want to switch logic modules until i switch map sensors. Thanks for your time and info......mark

Mark, on the 87 and up cars the map sensor is in the engine bay. It is located on the passengers side fender with the baro sensor.

That haynes manual is useless, the chilton's one is better even though they are the same company
