Be sure your Hazard Flashers are not on, power to all 3 brake lights goes thru the Hazard Flasher in the Multi-Function Switch.

Yes, Hazards = 4 Ways, we have had TDers with turn signals not working because the Hazards were on so check the obvious first.
If that is not the case start by testing ALL fuses, a blown fuse for another circuit will create a stray voltage looking for ground and if it finds it thru the stoplamps they will stay illuminated whenever a ground is supplied such as when the lights are turned on.
After that I would be at the stoplamp switch, the switch should be open(no current output) until the brake pedal is depressed. It is also common for wires to break at the stoplamp switch connector. Be aware that if you have cruise half of the switch is stop lamps and the other half is for the cruise to let the PCM know you have stepped on the brake and it will disengage the cruise.

OK I made some test and the pink/red wire from the parking lights touch the pink/blue wire from the brake lights Those wires are at the back of the fuse box. The pink/red go to the dimmer and I don't where the other go. Could you tell me what going on ? Does I need to remove all the dashboard to see where it goes ? If somebody have the complete wirring diagram of the car I would like to have it.

Power for the brake lights run thru the multi-function switch. If the multi-function switch is shorted the brake lights may stay illuminated when the lights are turned on.
You have to start at the beginning of the circuit and check power and ground for the circuit until the problem is located, there are no shortcuts for electrical shorts/opens, you just have to test the circuit(s) until you locate what is feeding the circuit that is the problem.Obviously there is power being supplied to the brake lamps from another source. There should be no power output from the stoplamp switch until the pedal is depressed, if there is not then you have to determine which circuit is feeding the stoplamps.
The rest of the wiring for the rear lighting and headlamp switch will follow soon.

make sure you do not have the wrong bulbs in the rear lights. It almost sounds like you have an 1156 bulb in one of your lights instead of the 1157. If that is the case the parking lights would backfeed into the brake lights. The other end of it would also be the brake lights don't work because of a bad switch or fuse.

^ I had the exact problem in both the P-body Dusters I've had and my SC. Every time it was the brass ground pin where it slides into the socket. I ended up soldering the wire directly to the metal body of the socket. It sucks; you have to heat it up real hot & position it just so. But when it's done, you'll never have to touch it again. 9 times out of 10, lighting problems in our cars are caused by those grounds.
