I replaced my A/C compressor.
after about 2 wks today the compressor is cycling in and out with A/C button in off position. It don't matter where you put controll switch it still keeps cycling. If I put it on A/C it stays on. What is causing it to come on with A/C switch in off or even heat position.

Check the A/C relay.
Supposed to be located in the right rear closure panel where ever that is, can't find a pic.

I had a similar problem on my 95 neon ACR. It turned out to be something on the compressor. There were two plugs going into the compressor, and one of them was grounded where it wasn't supposed to be or something? I wish I could remember more, but this was many years ago.
