Ok soo sometimes I get the fuel pump to turn on and sometimes I dont.

The pump is new ( old one worked to just broke one of the lines) I took a test like down there today I have power at the wires when I unplug the pump and turn the key on. But then I plug in the fuel pump and turn the key with the test light in I get nothing.

Bad Ground maybe???? Anyone know where the pump grounds?

everything seems right at the relay. I cleaned the 3 wires that ground right under the battery tray only ones I know about.

Your test light was connected to ground and you were losing power. Be sure you are actually getting 12 volts back to the pump, excessive resistance in the wiring will drop the voltage. Check for 12 volts while cranking, if there is no power check for power output out of the ASD relay, if there is power but not 12 volts test voltage at the ASD relay.
Your vehicle also uses a fuel pump relay in conjunction with the ASD relay. Power is from the ASD to the fuel pump relay to the pump. If power is good at the ASD check power output at the fuel pump relay, if ok test the wiring
The ground is located in the R/S Quarter Panel, it runs thru a connector also in the R/S quarter panel before the actual ground location.

I did do all the checks at the relays and it all seems to be working the way it should. I have power at the pump conn. when it is unpluged but seems like I get nothing when the pump is plugged in and I back probe the wires.

I was gettin power at the feed wire off the fuel pump relay while cranking also.

from what I can see the wires running to the pump are on the left side of the car. I pulled the rear seat but didnt see any grounds there I will have to follow it up to the dash and see where it goes .
