hooking up remote kill switch

I need some help trying to hook up the remote kill switch on the colt I have battery in trunk and kill switch push/pull on back of car I went from starter to one side of switch and other side to battery but car stays running need to kill alt.
turbocolt2.4L is offline

I would go into the ground side of the ASD relay,on the older TD's the ASD also powered the alternator, not sure on the newer 2.4L, what year 2.4L do you have?
I will post some wiring.

^^ yes, use the ASD (automatic shut down derlay). i have a rear battey and wiring into the switch shuts everything down. NHRA dosnt specify what you need to wire it into to shut the car down, it just says the switch has to cut all power... and the SAD relay will.

I,m running a electromotive tec GT and i,m using the stock neon alt,but wired in a omni voltage regulator.
turbocolt2.4L is offline
